Chef de Partie
We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Chef de Partie to join our established catering team for both full time and part time hours. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced chefs who deliver outstanding food, from large-scale catering operations to bespoke events and special occasions.
As Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and customer service. You'll be confident working independently as well as part of a busy team and will take pride in delivering meals that are nutritious, varied, and beautifully presented.
We're looking for someone with strong culinary skills, a creative approach to food, and excellent interpersonal abilities. You'll have a recognised catering qualification, such as City & Guilds 706/1 & 706/2 or an NVQ equivalent, along with experience working in a professional kitchen environment.
