Full-Time Glazier and Office Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Glazier and Office Assistant to join our new Cleveleys office.
As the office is newly established, glazing work in the local area will initially be provided as and when jobs become available. To provide consistent hours and financial security, this is a full-time position with a guaranteed basic wage. When glazing installations are scheduled, you will receive an additional bonus for each completed installation, offering the potential to significantly increase your overall earnings.
When you are not completing glazing work, you will assist with the day-to-day running of the office. Office-based work will always be available, ensuring a stable full-time role while the Cleveleys operation continues to grow.
Key responsibilities
- Carrying out professional glazing installations, repairs and replacements
- Completing work safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Providing a friendly and professional service to customers
- Assisting with general office administration
- Answering telephone calls and responding to customer enquiries
- Booking appointments and organising installation schedules
- Preparing basic paperwork, job sheets and customer records
- Helping maintain a tidy, organised and welcoming office environment
- Looking after the company vehicle, tools and equipment provided

About you
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous glazing or glass installation experience
- Be confident completing glazing work independently
- Have good practical and problem-solving skills
- Be reliable, punctual and well organised
- Be comfortable working in both practical and office-based environments
- Have good communication and customer service skills
- Be willing to assist with general administrative duties
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Be able to work professionally in customers’ homes and commercial premises
Previous office experience would be helpful but is not essential, as guidance can be provided. Glazing experience, reliability and a positive attitude are the most important requirements.
Working hours
Full-time hours, Monday to Friday. Exact working hours will be confirmed during the application process.
Pay: From £28,500.00 per year
