About Mortgages Plus
Mortgages Plus is a Harris + Wood brand, launched in spring 2026.
We’re a new Mortgage and Protection business built with the same standards, energy, culture and ambition that have made Harris + Wood one of regions leading property agencies.
Our vision is to place a dedicated Mortgage + Protection Broker in every Harris + Wood branch, creating a seamless experience for buyers and sellers
Harris + Wood will provide one of the largest sources of mortgage leads in the region through its established branch network, strong local reputation and active client base in both the resale and new homes market.
The relationships already exist.
The leads are being generated.
The clients need advice.
The business is there to be written.
We believe every broker joining Mortgages Plus has the potential to reach 'Elite Broker' status - banking £300,000 Plus each year.

What we’re looking for:
An experienced Mortgage and Protection advisor who has spent a minimum of two years in the Mortgage Industry, alongside the ambition to take your performance to another level.
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering the best advice for clients for all Mortgage and Protection needs
- Meeting targets and expectations on KPI's
- Working alongside the sales teams to drive results and client experience
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients pre and post application
We're looking for someone who takes pride in going further - for their clients, their colleagues and the business.
