We’re a growing domiciliary care provider looking for a motivated and organised Care Coordinator to join our team. If you know what great care looks like and are ready to progress, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating carers and client visits
- Managing rotas, changes, sickness and cover
- Supporting carers with day-to-day queries
- Speaking with clients and families
- Monitoring care delivery and escalating concerns
- Supporting care plans, assessments and reviews
- Helping maintain excellent care and CQC standards
- Working closely with management as the service grows
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll already have experience working in health or social care and understand the importance of reliable, person-centred care.
More importantly, you’ll be organised, confident communicating with people, comfortable using technology and able to stay calm when things get busy.
We can teach you the coordination side – we’re looking for the right person with the right attitude.

Pay: £26,420.00-£29,563.00 per year
