Commis Chef | Demi Chef de Partie | Chef de Partie @ Broadwick Soho
We are looking for passionate and talented chefs to join our kitchen teams at Broadwick Soho – two of the most dynamic and exciting culinary environments in London. We have opportunities in our 8th Floor Kitchen, the beating heart of our food operation producing menus for Flute, our stunning rooftop bar and terrace, our Private Dining Room, In Room Dining, and our Colleague Canteen, and in our Dear Jackie Kitchen, where we produce the menus for Dear Jackie, our intimate and characterful restaurant, and Bar Jackie, our vibrant all-day café and aperitivo bar. The variety is real, the craft is celebrated, and the opportunity to grow is genuine across both kitchens.
Whether you are taking your first steps as a Commis Chef or ready to run your own section as a Chef de Partie, we offer a clear progression pathway across both kitchens and an environment where learning new skills is not just encouraged – it is built into everything we do. Across both kitchens you will work on a rich variety of menus, styles, and service types – building a breadth of culinary skill that is hard to find elsewhere. The 8th Floor Kitchen feeds Flute’s rooftop guests, Private Dining events, In Room Dining, and our Colleague Canteen, while the Dear Jackie Kitchen produces the menus for Dear Jackie restaurant and Bar Jackie. As a Commis Chef
You will be starting your culinary journey in a kitchen that will stretch and inspire you from day one. Working alongside experienced chefs across multiple sections, you will develop your skills, deepen your knowledge, and lay the foundations of a career in a kitchen that genuinely invests in its people.
As a Demi Chef de Partie
You will be stepping into greater responsibility, supporting section leads, developing your confidence in a fast-paced environment, and continuing to grow your culinary repertoire across the variety of menus our kitchen produces. This is a fantastic platform from which to take the next step in your career.
As a Chef de Partie
You will take ownership of your section – managing ordering, maintaining standards, and taking pride in the food that leaves your pass. You will also play a vital role in coaching and supervising the Commis and Demi Chefs in your team, sharing your knowledge and helping to shape the next generation of talent in our kitchen.
We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to support different areas of the kitchen to meet the needs of our operation. You will work alongside a passionate and talented team who share a commitment to quality, creativity, and doing things brilliantly.
