The Role
- Set out and prepare surfaces to a high standard
- Apply float, set, and skim finishes with consistency
- Work across walls, ceilings, reveals, and detailed areas
- Identify and resolve substrate issues before finishing
- Maintain clean lines and sharp edges across high-end interiors
- Work alongside other trades to maintain programme and quality
What we need
- Proven experience in high-end domestic plastering
- Strong finishing standard – no rework culture
- Ability to work independently and manage your own output
- Good understanding of materials, substrates, and sequencing
- Clean, organised, and detail-focused
- Ability to adapt to different project requirements with professionalism and efficiency
