What we're looking for
- Proven experience in childcare nursery, nannying, babysitting, or related early years work.
- A genuinely warm, professional, and reliable approach with children and families.
- Willingness to complete our enhanced vetting process: DBS check, ID/right-to-work verification, two references, and paediatric first aid.
- Ambition to grow we're especially keen to hear from candidates aiming for our specialist and premium tiers.
- Own public liability insurance (or willingness to arrange this)
