Overview
We are a small roofing company based in Rochester, Kent, and are looking for a reliable and hardworking Roofer or Roofer's Labourer to join our team on a self-employed basis.
The role involves working on industrial and commercial roofing projects. Applicants must be able to work on their own initiative, have a positive attitude towards work, and be willing to work away from home occasionally.
Previous roofing experience is preferred, although not essential for labourers who are keen to learn and develop their skills.

- Reliable and hardworking,
- Handling heavy lifting tasks safely to transport materials and equipment on-site
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel and work away when required
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations and site protocols
- Assisting with site preparation, clean-up, and organisation of materials and tools
