About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and professional individual to join our Food & Beverage team. As a Breakfast Wait Staff member, you will provide efficient, courteous, and high-quality service to our guests, ensuring our hotel and corporate standards are consistently met. This role offers excellent career growth opportunities, including the potential to progress into a supervisory position over time.
Hours:
- Early starts at 5:30am, with latest finish at 3:00pm
- Availability required for weekends, bank holidays, and peak periods including Christmas and New Year
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt and courteous service to guests
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately
- Promote menu items and upsell professionally
- Support room service operations when required
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security procedures
- Maintain high standards of personal presentation and conduct

Requirements:
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to meet business needs
