What You'll Do
As an Apprentice Service Advisor, you'll become the link between our customers and our workshop, helping to deliver an exceptional service experience from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Welcoming customers and handling enquiries professionally
· Booking vehicles into the workshop and managing appointments
· Keeping customers updated throughout the service and repair process
· Advising customers on servicing, repairs and vehicle care
· Managing the daily service diary and workshop schedules
· Promoting service plans, genuine parts and additional products where appropriate
· Maintaining accurate customer records using our Dealer Management System (DMS)
· Supporting the Service and Aftersales Managers with day-to-day administration
· Delivering outstanding customer satisfaction at every stage of the customer journey.
What You’ll Bring
We're looking for someone who is:
· Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
· Friendly, professional and confident communicating with people
· Organised with excellent attention to detail
· Keen to learn and develop a long-term career in the motor industry
· A strong team player with the ability to use their own initiative
· Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
· A full UK driving licence is preferred (but not essential)
No previous automotive experience is required—just the right attitude and willingness to learn!

Working Hours
Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 12:30pm (rota)
