£12.71 per hour, plus a discretionary bonus of £1.00 per hour

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Hot Tub Operative to join our small team at Lady’s Mile Holiday Park, near Dawlish.
You will help ensure that our hot tubs and surrounding areas are kept clean, safe and ready for guests. The role includes twice-daily inspections, water testing, record-keeping, cleaning and water changes, as well as maintaining the appearance of decking's and aesthetics around the hot tub areas.
Key responsibilities:
- Carry out twice-daily water tests in line with required safety guidelines
- Remove and clean filters, sanitise hot tubs and replenish chemicals
- Drain, clean and refill hot tubs on holiday changeover days
- Keep decking and surrounding areas clean, safe and presentable
- Carry out basic hot tub maintenance as required
- Store and use chemicals safely
- Provide guests with helpful advice on using their hot tub
- Promote the holiday park and its facilities in a friendly and professional manner
- Carry out general cleaning duties, including litter picking, pressure washing and window cleaning
About you:
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, practical and able to work well as part of a small team
- Thorough and attentive to detail
- Comfortable working outdoors and carrying out physical tasks
- Friendly and helpful when speaking with guests
- Available to work weekends
- In possession of a full, valid UK driving licence
Previous experience in swimming pool or hot tub water care would be an advantage, but it is not essential, as full training will be provided.
