Job Description
We're looking for a friendly and professional Host/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. Your warm welcome, efficient seating, and reservation management will ensure an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly.

Restaurant reservations and enquiries management and seating.

Answer phone calls and provide accurate information.

Keep the reception area clean and organised.

Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth operation.

Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
Qualifications

Experience as a host/receptionist, preferably in fine dining.

Excellent communication and people skills.

Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., SevenRooms).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Professional appearance and demeanour.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
