As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Telecoms Provisioning Administrator to join our busy operations team at our head Office in Sheldon, Birmingham.
The Role:
This is an exciting office-based position where you'll handle end-to-end provisioning for VoIP and broadband services. You’ll work closely with our suppliers, technical team, and customers to ensure all services are delivered accurately and on time, while also supporting general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage new sales orders for VoIP, broadband, and related telecoms services.
- Liaise with network providers to track and complete provisioning requests.
- Maintain accurate order records and timelines in our internal CRM system.
- Communicate updates to customers regarding service activation and installations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and handover.
- Troubleshoot order issues and escalate delays when necessary.
- Perform general administrative tasks and duties to support the provisioning, operations & management team.
Requirements:
- Experience in telecoms provisioning or an administrative role within a telecoms/reseller environment
- Knowledge of VoIP and broadband installation processes.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
- Proficiency with Microsoft O365 and CRM/order platforms.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently.
Salary & Benefits:
- Starting salary of £28,000 - £30,000 (negotiable depending on experience and what you can bring to the table )
