Salary: £16,161.60 per annum (£14.80 per hour)

Hours: 21 hours per week, worked on a rota basis
Location: Marshall Hall Estate, Mill Hill, London
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual to join our established Supported Living team at our Marshall Hall Estate in Mill Hill.
Working in a busy office environment, you will provide intensive housing management support to residents, helping them achieve greater independence while promoting their wellbeing and quality of life.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting responsive visits to residents and carrying out assessments to support their health, safety and welfare needs.
- Working closely with the Estate Manager and wider team to identify and resolve issues using solution-focused and person-centred approaches.
- Supporting residents to maintain their independence and access appropriate services where needed.
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of social events and activities for residents across the estate.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting older people or working within a similar care, housing or support environment.
- Demonstrates empathy, patience and a calm, compassionate approach.
- Can take a firm but fair approach when required.
- Works effectively as part of a team whilst also being confident working on their own initiative.
- Has strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Is flexible and able to work a rota pattern.
This role operates predominantly between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Sunday on a rota basis. You will also participate in an on-call rota and may be required to respond to emergency situations when necessary.
