Our House are looking for reliable, caring, patient and enthusiastic people to join our team on DAY and NIGHT shifts.
We're a friendly, well established residential home for 7 service users, a mix of adults with Autism, ADHD, dementia and complex needs. We're passionate about person-centred care, promoting independence and helping ensure the people we support are happy and safe.
Within your role you'll support our service users with daily living, personal care, in house and community activities, emotional wellbeing, and promoting them to be as independent as they can be.
Previous experience is desirable but not essential
Shift details:
Day shifts: 08:00-20:15
Night Shifts: 20:00-08:15 (wake shifts)
Bank staff and part time welcome but ideally looking for full time
Support worker wage is minimum wage but there are opportunities to increase knowlegde which can potentially lead to promotions of becoming senior or team leader.
