You will need to:
MUST have experience in using Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop/Illustrator
Have a creative eye ensuring the end item is produced at a high quality standard
Have Attention to Detail - Care in the details is extremely important!
Be highly organised and have excellent time management skills to ensure processing times are met
Work well under pressure, especially as we are a seasonal business with busy months including around Valentine’s Day, Mother’s/Father’s Day and lead up to Christmas
Be flexible – willing to do overtime during the busy periods
Have good communication skills and be personable and friendly
Have a can do attitude and be a team player to ensure customer orders are dispatched on time without compromising on quality
Have Enthusiasm to learn and confident to ask questions
Responsibilities will include;
Working through online orders as they come in.
Creating personalised customer orders using adobe photoshop
Using your creative flair to create new designs for products and helping prepare for the big seasonal periods
Helping with quality control checking and packaging orders and creating address labels from our automated system
Dealing with Customers queries/issues via email
Listing new products on our website/e-commerce platforms (Training will be provided)
Learning new machines/processes for developing new end products for our customers (Training will be provided)
Personalising items - DTF & Personalised clothing Printing , UV printing, Engraving and more
Salary – *Competitive*
