The Role:
As Financial Controller, you will oversee all financial operations of the hotel, ensuring strong financial governance while supporting commercial decision-making across the business. Working closely with the General Manager and senior leadership team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the financial success of this flagship opening.
Key Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for hotel finance operations, reporting, and controls
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Produce accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Oversee cash flow, payroll, and balance sheet management
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls and compliance
- Partner with department heads to support commercial performance
- Support pre-opening financial setup, systems, and processes
About You
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager in hospitality
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and commercial acumen
- Experience supporting hotel pre-openings highly desirable
- Hands-on, detail-driven, and confident working with senior stakeholders
- Passion for driving financial performance in a fast-paced environment
