We’re looking for a Front of House Supervisor to help run the shop floor. You’ll be responsible for opening the shop, leading service, and keeping standards consistent from first customer to close.
Bagels done properly. Standards kept high.
THE ROLE:
You’ll lead the shop floor day to day. Opening up, setting the pace, and keeping service moving properly throughout the shift.
You’ll run shifts independently and keep the shop floor moving properly. Kiosks, order flow, delivery rack, team positioning, making sure everything works as it should.
Keeping service quick, consistent, and organised, with health & safety where it should be.
You’ll work closely with the team to keep the shop running properly. Making sure orders go out right and customers are looked after properly.
We’re looking for someone organised, consistent, and comfortable running a busy shop floor. Someone who notices when things aren’t right and sorts them quickly.
We think you’ll be good at this if you:
- Have experience in a busy coffee shop, quick service restaurant, or hospitality environment
- Stay calm under pressure and keep service moving during busy shifts
- Care about consistency and have a strong eye for detail
- Lead from the floor and work well with a team
- Manage stock properly and stay on top of what the shop needs
- Keep service moving smoothly so orders are accurate, fast, and delivered properly.
- Pay attention to cleanliness, presentation, and small details that matter
- Are organised, reliable, and bring positive energy to the shop
- Understand the importance of health & safety and food safety standards
