Duties
- Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries in a friendly, professional manner
- Handle all guest requests promptly, ensuring a memorable stay through exceptional guest services
- Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions, including billing and account adjustments
- Conduct nightly audits to verify room charges, reservations, and cash handling procedures
- Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks around the property during overnight hours
- Respond to emergency situations or guest concerns with calm professionalism and swift action
- Manage incoming phone calls with proper phone etiquette, directing inquiries to appropriate departments or personnel
Requirements
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred; familiarity with front desk operations is a plus
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse guest populations
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for engaging with guests and team members
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for financial and administrative tasks
