HIRING: Elite Short-Form Video Editor (London Based)
We are looking for an exceptional, top 1% level Short-Form Video Editor, someone whose edits instantly stop the scroll, hold attention, and feel impossible to look away from. This is a London-based role, working from our main office.
This role is primarily focused on editing for our own page's content, but is not limited to that. You'll also be cutting content for our high-profile clients across the luxury lifestyle space.
This role is NOT for beginners, juniors, or average editors. We are searching for someone whose pacing, rhythm, and storytelling instinct feel world-class.

- Mastery of short-form pacing, rhythm, and retention-driven editing
- Ability to edit high-end content for: 1) Our own page and brand, 2) Luxury brands, 3) High-profile creators, 4) Lifestyle, fashion, and premium social content
- Strong command of sound design, music syncing, and motion graphics
- Deep understanding of vertical-first, platform-native storytelling (Reels / TikTok / Shorts)
- Comfortable working at speed without sacrificing quality, fast turnaround is essential
You MUST:
- Think like a storyteller, not just a technician
- Know how to build hooks, tension, and payoff within seconds
- Be obsessed with pacing, sound design, and detail
- Deliver edits that feel intentional, clean, and addictive to watch
- Be fluent in trends, sounds, and formats that are currently performing
Portfolio Requirement (Mandatory)
Your portfolio must instantly show:
- High-retention short-form edits
- Strong command of pacing and rhythm
- Confident use of sound design and music
- Premium look & feel
If someone watches the first 3 seconds of your work and can't stop, you're the right fit.
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
