Full-Time Permanent Production Operatives required to join our expanding team within a busy galvanizing plant.
Candidates must be reliable and willing to work an alternating shift pattern in a busy/demanding factory environment. The role has many different roles within the job which can be progressed over time. Candidates will be given fork truck and crane certification as well as on job training and the opportunity to further develop, and to also increase their entry level rate.
Shift pattern 1 then rotates onto shift pattern 2-
Shift Pattern 1 -
Monday-Wednesday 06:00am-18:40pm for two weeks.
Shift Pattern 2 -
Thursday - Saturday 06:00am-18:40pm for two weeks.

At Highland, we are currently operating a three day working week pattern (38 hours).
This pattern provides each shift with a period of 7 straight days off within a calendar month, every month - as well as regularly having 4 days off in a row without using any of your own holiday entitlement.
