Lead the retail media strategy, planning, activation, and reporting for your client, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable outcomes

Shape and deliver full-funnel retail media activity that drives business growth and enhances brand visibility

Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a key partner and advisor

Identify and drive innovation opportunities, testing new approaches, tools, and channels to unlock growth

Develop and support a high-performing team, providing clear direction, coaching, and development opportunities

Champion retail media internally, working with cross-functional teams to integrate it across wider media strategies

Contribute to business growth by supporting pitches, building opportunities, and sharing thought leadership

Experience delivering scaled retail media activity, either agency-side or in-house

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams and bring others with you through change

A proven track record of driving growth through retail media for large or complex clients

Experience leading teams and managing multi-channel or performance marketing activity

Knowledge of commerce strategy, including ecommerce, marketplaces, shopper marketing, or paid media

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas
