CSCS Construction Cabin Cleaner Required
Location: Newcastle city center
Pay Rate: £12.80 per hour
Contract: Part Time
Hours: Monday - Friday 07:30 - 09:30 & 14:00 - 16:00 = 4 hours per day / 20 hours per week.
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking CSCS Construction Cabin Cleaner to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across our site facilities. You will ensure that the site offices, welfare units, and communal areas remain spotless and welcoming for the construction team.

Wednesday: 07:30 - 09:30 & 14:00 - 16:00
Thursday: 07:30 - 09:30 & 14:00 - 16:00
Friday: 07:30 - 09:30 & 14:00 - 16:00
Key Responsibilities
- Office Cleaning: Dust, vacuum, mop, and empty bins in management cabins and meeting rooms.
- Welfare Facilities: Deep-clean, sanitize, and restock toilets, changing rooms, and shower areas daily.
- Canteen Maintenance: Clean microwaves, fridges, floors, tables, emptying bins and kitchen surfaces.
- Stock Control: Monitor cleaning supplies and notify cleaning supervisor when items need reordering.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous commercial, site, or industrial cleaning experience is highly preferred.
- CSCS Card: Requried.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality.
- Safety Awareness: Ability to follow strict health, safety, and PPE site protocols.
