Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of workshop floors, workbenches, tools, and equipment to maintain a tidy environment
- Dispose of waste materials responsibly and ensure recycling protocols are followed
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently to uphold health standards
- Assist with organizing supplies and ensuring storage areas are clean and accessible
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing extra attention or maintenance
- Support the team by providing janitorial services that promote safety and cleanliness throughout the workshop
- Maintain cleaning logs and report any safety hazards or maintenance needs promptly
Requirements
- Prior janitorial or cleaning experience preferred, with a strong attention to detail
- Valid driving skills for moving cleaning equipment or supplies around the workshop area
- Customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and visitors when needed
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Commitment to following safety procedures and using cleaning chemicals responsibly
