We are currently recruiting Production Operatives (Day Shift) to join our growing team.
Location: Blenheim Road, Ashbourne, DE6 1HA
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:

Processing and packing raw product in a chilled environment in line with customer specifications

Meeting KPIs in terms of volume and efficiency
-
Completing training within the first 13 weeks of employment
-
Maintaining high standards of speed, quality, attitude, and attendance
-
Following all Health & Safety and animal welfare policies
-
Attending and applying learning from training (e.g. Basic Food Hygiene)
What You Will Need:

Basic understanding of English

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Reliability and good work ethic

Flexibility to support different areas as required by the business
