Self-Employed Cleaner — Bourne End
MoveBright Cleaning is a new, fully insured local cleaning company. We're looking for one or two experienced, reliable self-employed cleaners to take on domestic, deep and end-of-tenancy cleans across our area as our customer base grows.
This is genuinely flexible, self-employed work. You're paid per job as a share of each job's value, working out at around £15–21 per hour depending on the job, with enhanced rates on your first jobs while we get established. You choose which jobs you take and fit them around your existing clients. No exclusivity, no set hours. Hours build as we grow (roughly 5–20 per week), and regular weekly rounds mean dependable repeat work, not one-off scraps.
What the work involves
- Domestic cleans (weekly/fortnightly): general cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas with dusting, hoovering, mopping, surfaces
- One-off deep cleans: a thorough top-to-bottom clean of the whole home
- End-of-tenancy cleans: a deposit-ready finish to agent standard, ovens included
- Communicating politely and professionally with customers, and flagging any issues to us promptly
What we're looking for
- Experience in domestic or end-of-tenancy cleaning
- Reliable, thorough, and able to work independently to a high standard
- Your own cleaning equipment and supplies required, as you'll be working on a self-employed basis
- Your own transport (jobs are spread across our local area)
- The right to work in the UK
- Your own public liability insurance is a plus, not essential
