Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable and conscientious Part-Time Project Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services within our move-on accommodation service, a 32-apartment building, ensuring excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout.
The ideal applicant will have previous cleaning experience in a similar setting and take pride in maintaining clean, welcoming, and safe environments for residents and visitors.
In addition to working within the accommodation service, the role will involve supporting other projects as required, including assisting with property turnaround work in houses located across the community.

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of move on accommodation, including offices, communal areas and deep cleans of apartments when a resident moves out
- Utilise appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure effective results
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout all tasks
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during cleaning procedures
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning activities
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within scheduled timeframes
- Maintain organised storage of cleaning supplies and equipment
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks over extended periods
- Reliable transportation to access various project sites
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality service
Pay: £13,715.00 per year
