Overview
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Residential Lettings Manager to fully manage our rentals portfolio. This pivotal role involves overseeing the rental process from start to finish, ensuring smooth communication between tenants and landlords, and maintaining high standards of service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to property management and must have prior experience.
Duties
- Manage the end-to-end lettings process, including marketing properties, conducting viewings, and negotiating lease agreements
- Maintain excellent relationships with tenants and landlords through clear, professional communication
- Oversee administrative tasks such as tenancy documentation, referencing, and compliance checks
- Coordinate property inspections, repairs, and maintenance requests efficiently
- Achieve targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction and growth
- Keep detailed records of all transactions, correspondence, and property details for compliance purposes
- Stay updated on local rental market trends and relevant legislation to provide expert advice
Experience
- Proven administrative experience in property management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple properties and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience in negotiating lease terms and handling tenancy agreements is preferred
