What you'll be doing
You'll own tenders start to finish:
- Detailed mechanical take-offs (cost plans, design & build, fully-designed projects)
- Working directly with sub-contractors, vendors and suppliers
- Spotting value-engineering options and flagging risk early
- Building client relationships that turn one-off jobs into repeat business

What you'll need
- Time-served plumber (NVQ Level 3) or equivalent industry experience
- Solid mechanical technical knowledge
- Confidence running your own tenders under pressure
- Experience in pricing high value construction projects e.g. £10m (MEP) plus
