Location: London (Zones 1–6) - E1 - East London School
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–4:00pm (Hours/Days may vary due to casual hours)

The Complete Works Independent School (TCW) is looking for enthusiastic, resilient Teaching Assistants to support young people who have faced barriers to education. You’ll work 1:1 and in small groups, helping students rebuild confidence, re-engage with learning, and achieve their potential in a supportive, trauma-informed environment.
About the role
- Support learning in lessons and small groups
- Help students stay engaged, motivated, and on track
- Assist teachers with classroom activities and progress
- Work across school sites and alternative education settings
About you
- Experience working with children or young people (SEN/Behavioural)
- GCSEs (Grade 5/C or above) in English, Maths and Science
- A calm, positive, and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners
