About the Role

We are seeking a reliable Night Shift Van Driver to join our operations team. In this role, you will be driving a modern, eco-friendly electric van to maintain the local fleet of Voi rental e-bikes. This isn't just sitting behind the wheel all night—it's a dynamic, hands-on role where you keep the city's green transit running smoothly while the streets are quiet.
Key Responsibilities
- Fleet Redistribution: Driving to various locations to collect, move, and balance Voi e-bikes across the city.
- Battery Swapping: Locating e-bikes with low power and swapping out their batteries to ensure they are ready for morning commuters.
- Vehicle Care: Operating a modern electric van safely, including pre-shift vehicle checks and keeping it organized.
- Tech-Driven Navigation: Using a smartphone/app to locate bikes that need attention or relocation.

What We Are Looking For
- A valid, clean driving license (suitable for standard vans).
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work (lifting and moving e-bikes/batteries).
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently at night.
- Good tech literacy (comfortable using smartphone apps and GPS for navigation).
- Previous driving, logistics, or multi-drop experience is a major plus, but a great attitude is most important!
