Aegis Workforce is hiring a part-time cleaner to keep a busy gym looking its best.
In plain terms: you'll clean the gym's floor areas and washrooms to a set standard, working on your own to a clear routine we walk you through first. A clean gym is something members notice, so the work is valued and done properly.
Hours & pay
- Monday, Wednesday & Friday
- 9:30am - 11:30am
- £12.71 per hour, paid monthly
- All equipment and supplies provided
Who it suits
You live close to EX2 8LN , you're happy on your feet through a morning shift, and — the one that matters most — when you're booked, you turn up. We're not after the longest CV; we're after someone steady we can count on week after week.
How we work
We show you exactly what a finished shift looks like, so there's no guessing. At the end you send a few quick photos so we can see the standard's been met. The gym's own staff handle the equipment cleaning, your focus is the gym floors and washrooms. Full training before your first shift.
The essentials
- Right to work in the UK
- Self-employed and registered with HMRC (or willing to sort it before you start)
- Able to commit to the same shifts each week
Getting started
A short phone call first, then a proper induction so you begin with confidence. Cleaning experience helps but isn't essential — reliability and pride in the finish count for more.
