As we continue to grow, we're looking for an outstanding Practice Manager who will become the operational leader of our business.
This isn't simply an administration role.
You'll oversee the smooth running of the practice, develop our people, improve our systems and ensure every client receives an exceptional experience.

The Role
You'll work closely with the CEO and COO to ensure every part of the business operates efficiently.
Your mission is simple:
Build a practice that delivers outstanding service, develops exceptional people and runs like clockwork.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership
- Lead and manage the administration team
- Recruit, onboard and develop new team members
- Conduct regular one-to-ones and performance reviews
- Coach and mentor staff
- Build a high-performance culture
- Manage holiday planning and resource allocation
Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the business
- Improve internal processes
- Create and maintain operational procedures
- Ensure work is completed accurately and on time
- Monitor business capacity
- Drive efficiency through automation and technology
Client Experience
- Ensure every client receives exceptional service
- Monitor service standards
- Resolve escalated client issues
- Improve client journeys
- Maintain our premium client experience
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure processes are followed correctly
- Work alongside Compliance to maintain standards
- Monitor file quality
- Reduce operational risk
- Ensure regulatory deadlines are met
Business Performance
- Produce operational reports
- Monitor KPIs
- Improve productivity
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Support strategic projects
