Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and versatile Self Employed Multi Trader to join our dynamic team. As a Multi Trader, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining excellent standards of work. Your expertise will help us provide comprehensive building and maintenance solutions to our clients, enhancing their properties with skill and professionalism.
Duties
- Perform a wide range of trades including carpentry, roofing, construction painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, and electrical work as required on various projects
- Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete tasks accurately and safely
- Fabricate custom components or repairs using appropriate materials and techniques
- Conduct site inspections to assess work scope, safety compliance, and quality standards
- Coordinate with clients and team members to schedule work and ensure project timelines are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Complete detailed reports on work performed and materials used for each project
Skills
- Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, tiling, electrical systems, and painting
- Strong proficiency with hand tools and power tools across various construction disciplines
- Ability to fabricate or modify components as needed for different projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues on-site
- Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to construction and maintenance work
- Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, suppliers, and team members
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining high standards of quality
Pay: £26,838.77-£50,000.00 per year
