The Role
We're looking for a CNC Nesting Programmer to program nesting layouts for our laser cutting machines — making the most of every sheet and keeping the laser cutting operation running efficiently.
- Program nesting layouts from technical drawings/CAD files for laser cutting machines
- Optimise sheet usage to minimise waste and maximise material yield
- Liaise with laser operators and production to keep jobs running to schedule
- Monitor and adjust programs to maintain quality, accuracy, and throughput
What We're Looking For
- Computer competent — comfortable learning and working with nesting/CAD software
- Engineering knowledge is desirable but not essential — full training provided
- Previous nesting or laser programming experience desirable but not essential
- A methodical, detail-focused approach — accuracy is essential
- Reliable and proactive, willing to take ownership of your area
Location: Kilrea - must be able to commute or relocate
Work Authorisation: Right to work in United Kingdom required
Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
