Position: Children's Senior Support Worker(Altrincham Children's Care)
Location: Cheshire
Salary: £14.50- £16.00 DOE(Sleep allowance £60 per night)
Reports To: Registered Manager

What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Support Worker you’ll play an essential role in transforming lives. You’ll:
- Foster a welcoming, supportive, and safe environment for young people.
- Work closely with children to encourage positive growth and independence.
- Support day-to-day routines, helping young people develop life skills and confidence.
- Ensure their voices are heard and respected, keeping their best interests at heart
- Support & Develop team members by "leading by example" & supervisions
- Write & Develop placement plans, Risk Assessments and Behaviour Support Plans

Experience in Residential care is essential for the Senior roles and is beneficial but not essential for the support roles—we value your passion, willingness to learn and dedication to the young people above all else.
