The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Salesperson / Manager to drive business growth across our signage and visual communication solutions portfolio. This is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for generating new business, developing key accounts, managing sales opportunities, and supporting the wider commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.
· Identify and secure new business opportunities across key market sectors.
· Manage and grow relationships with existing trade customers, consultants, contractors, and trade users.
· Respond to enquiries and prepare customer-focused proposals and quotations.
· Conduct site visits, client presentations, and project discussions.
· Work closely with design, estimating, production and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery.
· Maintain an active pipeline and accurately forecast sales activity.
· Attend industry meetings.
· Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with:
· Proven experience in signage, wayfinding, visual communications product sector.
· Strong business development / sales and account management skills.
· Experience managing complex sales opportunities from enquiry to order.
· Commercial awareness and the ability to negotiate successfully.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
· Self-motivation, organization, and results-driven approach.
· Full UK driving license.
Desirable
· Experience selling into the signage trade, covering modular/Bespoke sectors.
· Knowledge of signage manufacturing, wayfinding systems, or architectural products.
· Experience in signage manufacturing.
· Target driven.
