Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Marine Decking Manufacturer and Installer to join our friendly team. This role involves the fabrication and installation of high-quality Flexiteek decking solutions, offering both in house and offsite working on various projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in similar construction-related trades, with the ability to work as part of a team or alone and demonstrate a keen eye for quality .This position offers an exciting opportunity and develop your expertise within the marine industry. Responsibilities
- Fabricate Flexiteek decking components to a variety of templates and technical drawings using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
- Install marine decking on vessels , ensuring precise fitting and a high quality finish
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials to meet project specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects within specified deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Assist with alternaive workshop tasks such as welding, roofing, plumbing, electrical work, plastering, masonry, or construction painting when required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in trhe marine industry or relevant construction trades such as carpentry is highly desirable.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment relevant to marine decking fabrication and installation.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in both fabrication and installation tasks.

Pay: £22,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
