We're a growing sales and customer acquisition company working across events and promotional campaigns in London. We're looking for ambitious, outgoing people to join our team as Trainee Sales Managers.
You don't need previous management experience. You'll start by learning the sales process, developing your customer communication skills and gaining hands-on experience before working towards additional team and leadership responsibilities.

What You'll Be Doing
Speaking with customers
Representing client products and services professionally
Building your sales and communication skills
Working towards individual and team targets
Learning how successful sales campaigns operate
Taking part in regular training and coaching
Developing leadership and team skills
Supporting newer team members as you gain experience

Training & Development
You'll receive structured training when you join, followed by ongoing coaching and support as you develop.
Training covers sales techniques, customer communication, campaign knowledge, goal setting, performance, teamwork and leadership skills.
As your experience and performance develop, there may be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and progress into more senior sales or team-based positions.
