Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Receptionist to join our team at North West Transmissions Ltd. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations at our busy workshop located in Brasenose Road. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the booking system.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Process payments and manage sales and purchase invoices.
- Maintain an organized reception area to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with workshop staff to ensure timely communication regarding vehicle services.
- Parts ordering and processing
- Assisting with workshop scheduling
Requirements
- Proven experience as a service receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong clerical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
