This role involves developing and implementing innovative social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, foster community interaction, and drive business growth by managing our Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social media channels by creating exciting, engaging photo and video content. The role will include the filming and editing of reels, stories and promotional videos, the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns with the aim of building our brand and increasing customer engagement, with fresh ideas to help grow the business.
The successful candidate will possess strong skills in public relations and social media management, with a keen eye for current trends and audience engagement techniques. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative professional passionate about digital marketing and brand storytelling.
Duties
- Manage daily content creation, scheduling, and posting to ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels for customer interactions, respond promptly to comments and messages, and foster positive community relationships.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Stay informed of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital tools to keep the organisation at the forefront of social media innovation.
- Manage online reputation through proactive public relations initiatives and crisis management when necessary.
- Organise influencer collaborations and partnerships to expand reach and visibility.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends creating content from the action as it happens.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management and marketing.
- Knowledge of public relations principles as they relate to digital platforms.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Confident in using Canva, Adobe, CapCut or similar software.
- Ability to talk to and interact with our customers to create exciting content.
- Strong written communication skills with an eye for compelling storytelling tailored to diverse audiences.
- Previous experience working within a marketing or communications team is desirable but not essential; a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.

Pay: From £25,480.00 per year
