Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to join our organisation. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing human resources functions, supporting employee relations, and maintaining HR systems. The HR Specialist will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations, data management, and effective communication across departments.
Duties
- Manage and maintain HRIS systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, and ATS to ensure accurate employee data entry and record keeping.
- Support recruitment processes by assisting with applicant tracking, screening, and onboarding procedures.
- Utilise Salesforce and social media platforms for talent acquisition campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and training programmes, ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
- Prepare reports on HR metrics and analyse data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programmes and payroll processing support.
- Facilitate effective communication between management and staff regarding HR policies, updates, and organisational changes.
- Contribute to social media management efforts related to employer branding and internal communications.
- Provide administrative support for various HR functions including scheduling interviews, maintaining personnel files, and handling correspondence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of human resources principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively liaise with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in data entry, report generation, and utilisation of ATS tools like Taleo or equivalent.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is desirable.
- Familiarity with social media management tools for recruitment marketing purposes is a plus.
- Organised with strong administrative skills; prior experience in an administrative role within HR is advantageous.

Pay: £3,000.00-£6,000.00 per month
