About the Role
The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills. They will be working with families, young people and colleagues across Warwickshire through restorative practice approaches, feeding into the local authority’s current processes and practice to ensure that collaborative working is central to achieving positive outcomes and destinations for our young people with SEND.
We are looking to appoint two SEND Resolution Officers to join our dedicated team of Area Leads, EHC Plan Coordinators, Assistant Plan Coordinators, Business Support Officers, Brokerage and SENDAR Delivery Lead. One position will be a permanent, and the other is a fixed term opportunity for one year.
