Stockton Heath Primary School is a large two form entry primary school located in the centre of Stockton Heath village.
Due to the retirement of our current School Business Manager, the Headteacher and Governing Body are looking to appoint a highly organised, motivated and skilled School Business Manager to join our dedicated, forward-thinking school leadership team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the leadership of the school, overseeing financial management, HR, administration, premises and health and safety, ensuring the effective and efficient running of the school.
We are looking for someone who has:

strong financial management and budgeting skills

experience of managing administrative systems, HR processes and school operations

experience of managing premises, health and safety and service contracts
-
high expectations of themselves and others, with a commitment to excellence

the ability to work in partnership and communicate effectively with staff, governors, parents and external agencies

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 32 hours per week – term time plus three weeks. Flexible working hours available with the option of working some of the hours from home.
Salary: Grade 7 – SCP 23 – 27
