Requirement:
Candidates must have professional and pro-active approach and can-do attitudes, must have strong interests and beliefs in Chinese traditional medicine, care for patient’s wellbeing.
Working experience is ideal, training will be provided, bilingual and fluent in both Chinese and English language verbal and written ( Preferred ）Retail Sales Associate
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Stock shelves and replenish inventory as needed
- Assist in pricing merchandise and setting up promotional displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and be able to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries over the phone
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating discounts or change
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and keep track of inventory
- Effective time management to prioritize tasks and meet customer needs promptly
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
- Fluency in CHINESE （ 中文） languages is a plus, as we serve Chinese TCM treatment base
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are highly valued in order to assist customers who may not speak English as their first language - - Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and managing stock levels.
