Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist experienced paint sprayers in preparing surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, or masking as needed
- Learn to operate spray guns and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Support the application of paint, primer, or protective coatings on various materials and structures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storage of hand tools and materials
- Help with fabrication and assembly tasks related to painting projects, ensuring parts are correctly aligned and secured
- Follow safety protocols consistently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members
- Support warehouse activities such as inventory management of supplies and equipment necessary for painting operations
Qualifications
- Basic mechanical knowledge or interest in working with tools and equipment
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, or welding is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Experience in warehouse operations or construction painting environments is advantageous
- Ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements and material quantities
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and working at heights as needed
- Willingness to learn fabrication techniques, assembly processes, and safety procedures
