Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and friendly Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they enjoy a memorable dining experience through excellent service and hospitality. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a lively, positive environment that keeps customers coming back.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations efficiently
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, providing menu recommendations when needed
- Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Assist with food preparation tasks as required to support the kitchen team
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table setup and breakdown
- Support bar operations by bartending or barista duties, including preparing beverages with care
Skills
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality environments
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Experience in restaurant service, bartending, or barista roles preferred
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Basic food preparation skills to assist during busy periods
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating positive guest experiences
Pay: £12.71-£16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
