Castlefield Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a highly established organisation in York who are looking to recruit a Group Finance Manager to join their team on an initial 12 months contracts. The organisation are based in modern offices which are accessible via public transport and parking is available onsite. There is a generous holiday and pension package whilst flexi time is also available.
Duties include;
- Lead the production of group financial statements
- Provide technical accounting advice to senior colleagues
- Oversee the production of group annual budgets and financial forecasts
- Work with the wider team to support mapping during a system migration
- Lead on training of the new Finance system
Person;
- Qualified Accountant
- Have strong technical accounting skills including financial accounting, statutory accounts, preparing financial statements and working with external auditors
- Previous involvement in implementing a new system
Pay: £60,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in York (North Yorkshire)
