Position Details
Location: Garforth Academy
Role: Cleaning Supervisor
Hours: 30 hours per week
Monday to Friday
Split Shift:
- 06:00am to 08:00am
- 2:30pm to 6:30pm
Pay: £13.45 per hour (Equalised salary paid over 50 weeks)
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting the cleaning team on site
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the academy
- Organising daily cleaning schedules and staff duties
- Conducting quality checks and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
- Acting as the key point of contact for site cleaning operations
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has previous cleaning experience
Can lead by example and motivate a team
Is reliable, organised and proactive
Takes pride in delivering exceptional standards
Has good communication and people skills
