K4 Security Services, part of the K4 Group, is expanding our team in Newcastle and we're looking for professional, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing pool of security officers and event stewards.

What You'll Be Doing
As part of our expanding operations, you'll play a key role in keeping people, venues, and events safe by:
Providing a professional and visible security presence.
Managing access control, ticket checks, and entry points.
Conducting regular patrols of venues and client premises.
Assisting with crowd management and spectator safety.
Responding to incidents and reporting concerns promptly.
Delivering excellent customer service to visitors, clients, and colleagues.
Following site procedures, health & safety requirements, and emergency protocols.
What We're Looking ForEssential
Valid SIA Door Supervisor.
Previous experience in security, event stewarding, or a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Desirable
Event stewarding experience.
Spectator Safety Level 2 qualification (training can be provided).
Experience working at events, stadiums, festivals, or large venues.
